Delivery Policy

At TechStudio, we're committed to ensuring every product you purchase is delivered safely and on time across Bangladesh.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all regions of Bangladesh, including metropolitan areas and remote districts.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.

3. Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120
• Pathao Express: based on location
• Free delivery: available on selected items or during special promotions

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed the next business day.
• We will contact you to confirm any pre-order items when available.

5. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable couriers including our own delivery team, Steadfast, Sundarban Courier, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available only within Dhaka city.
• A minimum advance payment of ৳150 is required for deliveries outside Dhaka.
• The advance amount is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch.

7. Order Confirmation

• You will receive an order confirmation via call or email after placing an order.
• Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared for delivery updates.

8. Failed Deliveries

A delivery attempt may fail due to incorrect contact information, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the delivery. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt. Repeated failure may result in order cancellation.
