1. General Conditions
TechStudio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website, products, or services without our written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
2. Submissions & User Content
Any reviews, comments, suggestions, or other submissions you provide become the property of TechStudio and may be used for marketing or improvement purposes. You must not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or mislead us regarding the origin of any submission.
3. Product Information & Pricing
All prices on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price. We do not offer price matching with competitors or other sellers.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders outside Dhaka require an advance payment of Tk. 150 or 10% of the total amount for large orders. We reserve the right to verify payment details before processing orders to prevent fraudulent transactions. If additional verification is required and the customer fails to respond, the order may be canceled.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as political unrest, public holidays, or supply chain disruptions. If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
6. Return & Refund Policy
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days to complete.
7. Warranty & After-Sales Support
Products sold on TechStudio may come with a manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
8. Objectionable or Infringing Content
If you believe that any content on our website is misleading, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@techstudio.com.bd. We will review all complaints and take appropriate action.
9. Fraud & Security
Customers must not misuse vouchers, cashback offers, or other promotions. Any attempt to manipulate the system for unauthorized benefits may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
TechStudio is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
12. Amendments
TechStudio reserves the right to update, change, or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the TechStudio website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of TechStudio and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
14. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that the contact details provided during checkout are accurate. TechStudio is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
15. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Any advance payment made will be refunded according to our refund policy.
16. Data Privacy & Security
TechStudio collects and stores customer data to process orders and improve services. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
